I am Tired of Insomnia
Insomnia can make or break you. In England alone over "98%" of the people suffering insomnia were admitted to
the hospital for treatment. Few believe that the diagnose is over exaggerated, however, in a world filled with
chaos the few are yet to learn how the mind and body can be affected by such ongoing negative results of
controllership from the leaders of the world. When the body and mind is at its limit of coping, then insomnia often
takes over.
Currently, the United States has more than "32 million" persons enduring insomnia, and some are suffering from
recession of the economy, while others are suffering from various other reasons. Mental disorder, medical problems,
stress are just to name a few of the reasons that a person will undergo insomnia. When a person is paying more in
bills than what he or she makes in gross income this can consume the mind with stress, thus causing insomnia.
In order to fight insomnia a person must learn coping skills, or else receive treatment for medical or mental
interruptions. If a person is suffering acute insomnia it can often be treated by adjustments, or sometimes
medicines are needed to treat nervous conditions. Still, the medicines only bury the problem for few of the persons
suffering insomnia, thus techniques and changes in lifestyle are needed to help the person cope.
To reduce stress the person will need to become skilled at modus operandi such as training in fitness proper
dieting and stress reducing tactics to minimize the problems. Modus operandi for reducing stress should include
rhythmic breathing, which details exhaling and inhaling breaths at a count to ten give or take. The techniques
should also include muscle-relaxing training to help the person learn to relax.
If you are tired of suffering insomnia, it is time to take the steps to find relief. Lingering attacks of
insomnia can lead to major heart attacks, strokes, high-low blood pressure, diabetes, depression, and so forth.
When the body fails to get the sleep it, needs other problems begin to accumulate until finally the person can no
longer cope in life? Suicidal attempts are often linked to depression, which is chained to anxiety and insomnia.
Keeping fit is indispensable for reducing stress. Exercise is cheap, since anyone can learn to exercise at home by
taking walks, doing aerobics, and so forth. Cardiovascular exercises are some of the best exercises coupled with
stretching exercises to reduce the risks of heart failure, diabetes, chronic pain and so forth.
If you find your self saying "The world is a cruel place to live." Then you are not alone, since millions of
people are making this same statement. The truth is the world is cruel and selfish, however, we can learn to make
our own life and avoid as many negative occurrences as possible. Many people are still suffering over the September
11 ordeal and since the war is still lingering on, then it has produced a level of stress for millions around the
world.
To help you cope with the terrorist attack and live through the war we can train our minds to believe that
September 11 is now over, and there is nothing we can do about the war, unless we are willing to stand up and
protest the negligence of our leaders without violence. The lost souls during that event are now resting in peace
and you can rest assuring that if the Government does not find and punish the people the ultimate maker of the
world will in time. Thus, no one commits a crime and gets away with it and the ones that suffer from the crime
eventually receive justice one way or another. As for the war, well we are supposed to have intelligent people
controlling our lives, yet throughout the century, intelligence is minimal while many mistakes are made at our
expense. The answer, the next time you vote consider the person you are voting for more carefully. Overall, why
lose sleep over things you cannot change? In addition, do something about the things you can change.
